Formally known as Ecclesiastical Exchange

The trend toward custom work was a vision St. Jude Liturgical Arts Studio foresaw back in 1990. Addressing this need, St. Jude Liturgical Arts Studio built a 9,000 square foot showroom which displays custom pieces and offers complete custom services for liturgical objects and renovation. “Our craftspeople make our Studio.” Good design is important, but to execute the design is of utmost importance.

About the Liturgical Exchange

Formally known as the Ecclesiastical Exchange, we have altered our name to reflect our goals of better serving you, the faithful, and the Catholic Church with the exchange and restoration of liturgical and sacred items. Due to the unfortunate number of churches and religious institutions closing in recent years, St. Jude Liturgical Arts Studio (SJLA) has accumulated works of art, Sacred Vessels, and Sanctuary items. Now, our website makes available for purchase these items at a fraction of their original cost. We continually attempt to accommodate our clients with religious items for their places of worship. In addition, our Design Studio can design, deliver and install new and complimentary items.

Our History & Mission

For over 35 years, the St. Jude Liturgical Arts Studio has taken an active roll in the construction of new places of worship for the Roman Catholic Church. With our gifted staff of artists, designers, fabricators and craftsmen, we have been privileged to collaborate on a variety of projects. Those include the Vatican, The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC, Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity, and Mother Angelica’s Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN). Our Liturgical Arts Studio was commissioned for special projects including visits by Saint Pope John Paul II, Pope Benedict, and Pope Francis. The above mentioned projects can be reviewed in our portfolios and videos. Experience has taught us that communication amongst all involved participants is the key. Therefore, via timely progress reports, we will make every effort to assure our clients, and their committees, of a projects progress. This is particularly important during decision making involving the approval and completion of the overall project. Finally, our clients have attested to our quality workmanship and the expeditious completion of their work.
